Elisha Gilmour

Romeo TLS Program Manager

Elisha Gilmour is the MH-60R Program Manager.

Ms Gilmour is responsible for management and oversight of the Royal Australian Navy’s MH-60R Through Life Support Program which includes operational, intermediate and deeper level maintenance, training and total logistics support for a platform of 23 MH-60R aircraft. Employing over 180 employees the MH-60R TLS Program, supports the Royal Australian Navy’s mission readiness.

Ms Gilmour appointment to Program Manager occurred in November 2020, prior to this appointment Ms Gilmour served for six (6) years as Sikorsky Australia’s Commercial and Contracts Manager where her portfolio, included management and negotiation of all Sikorsky Australia’s national and international contracts and international trade compliance.

Prior to 2014 Ms Gilmour worked as corporate lawyer in private practice. She has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of New England. Elisha is registered lawyer with Law Society New South Wales, and has been admitted to both the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Ms Gilmour is a non-executive director of community owned bank.
